Katelyn Marini — Katelyn has over 10 years of executive and strategic search experience. Her responsibilities as a Managing Director include managing key accounts within our Life Sciences and Digital Health practices and ensuring internal search teams deliver excellence to our clients. Recently she has completed a number of C-level searches across product, marketing, sales, business development, and clinical operations. Katelyn leverages her domain expertise working across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem to deliver top-tier talent for rapidly growing organizations. She has successfully helped many early-stage and venture-backed companies build out commercial teams and attract key executive hires. Katelyn has a passion for working with companies that are truly trying to change healthcare via innovative technology, influence drug discovery, and improve patient outcomes.  A graduate of Boston College, Katelyn lives in Marshfield, MA, with her husband and three sons, Nicolas, Max, and Brody. She is very involved in the youth sports communities in Marshfield, in particular with fundraising activities for the local youth hockey and baseball organizations.
