Joe dove into what it really takes to manage through a crisis and how important the values, vision, and goals when you’re trying to navigate through tough times. He emphasized the importance of stepping back and making sure that you’re walking in the right direction. He shared how his organization handled the COVID-19 challenge and how they were quick to adopt Telehealth as one of the solutions.

Joe also talks about the importance of having balance in the team, of working with a leadership team that compliments you, of being flexible, being open to opportunities, and more!
