This past week there was news that Noom inc, a weight loss app will be laying off a quarter of their health coaches. While this is devastating for those coaching losing a job, it highlights just what Noom was missing – personalization. Mike will speak to some of his thoughts on what else led to this decision for Noom, and what it means for health coaching to work in stroke rehab.
