What do you say or do to calm an angry and violent patient or carer of a sick patient? 
Nathan Moore is the lead for digital innovation for Western Sydney Local Health District. He is responsible for the identification, development and deployment of innovative solutions to clinical and educational challenges.
Dr Jennifer Davids is an education consultant in the research and education network at WSLHD.

Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) delivers health care to more than a million people living in the state’s fastest-growing region.
In this episode, Nathan and Jen will share their experiences of the overhaul of the Code Black management process for WSLHD, and how virtual reality helped play an important role in that.
