It was such a pleasure to talk with Moe. In the episode she speaks about her experiences in creating Bravespaces, what makes a workplace toxic and how workplace toxicity hurts the individuals within the environment.
We also talk about healthcare and the stress the healthcare system is under and the meta challenges healthcare leaders are facing in addition to COVID. Another topic we discuss include the role of technology in the workplace and the ongoing need for humans regarding healing, feeling, and connecting. We explore the role of Human Resources (HR) in creating healthy work cultures.
