Candy is an award-winning actor, filmmaker, nurse, and the author of the book “Improv to Improve Your Leadership Team: Tear Down Walls and Build Bridges.”
She co-founded an improv and stand-up comedy company in the San Francisco area in the early ’90s, which was the impetus to launch three solo shows, a doctorate degree, a documentary film, and six books.
In this podcast, Candy shares how improv can play a crucial role in our work and how these principles can help teams create positive results in the workplace.
We also talk about the role of improv in creating “transformational relationships” and some of her recommendations for several leaders who work in dyad teams.
