She’s a former Forbes Coach and Council Member and has coached C-Suite executives, business owners, health professionals, athletes, musicians, and high-achieving students.

We also talk about her book ‘Pressure-Free Parenting: The Ten-Second Solution to Less Stress and Anxiety for High-Achieving Families’ and why she started with parenting for her first book.
