We discuss the recent report “The Future of Nursing, 2020-2030: Charting a Path to Achieve Health Equity,” which explores how nurses can work to reduce health disparities, promote equity and improve the health and well-being among nurses and other healthcare providers.
We also talk about holistic leadership and why it should be advanced as a model for leadership development and practice.
