Dr Elizabeth Pritchard has coached over 700 leaders, researchers & health professionals in Australia, New Zealand and internationally, and has over three decades working in STEM with Institutes, Universities and Health Services like Hudson Institute Medical Research, Bionics Institute, Monash University and more.
Christine Burns is a former elite athlete in hockey for New Zealand and has over twenty years of coaching, sport psychology and performance experience. She has worked with elite athletes, teams and the New Zealand Ballet.
Elizabeth and Christine founded the WALT Institute. They help people feel inspired, less stressed, and determined to live their lives with resilience and authenticity to achieve their career and life goals. They coach and train people in authentic leadership practice.
