As CoFounder and Chief Scientist at Happify Health, Dr. Acacia Park’s research focuses on digital methods for managing and treating depression and anxiety, as well as chronic health conditions.

“People make better health decisions when they have good mental health. And conversely, when people are depressed or more anxious, they’re distracted because of their mental state. They might not be making the best health choices. And so those things are in an inextricably intertwined.
