Rosalyn Crawford Frazier, B.S. is the Chief Executive Officer of Broward Community & Family Health Center (BCFHC). With over 18 years of service as a primary care provider for the underserved, uninsured and insured, BCFHC provides comprehensive medical, behavioral and dental health services across all life cycles, helping to increase access to care and reducing health disparities in Broward County. The center’s mission is “to provide accessible, comprehensive, high quality primary care services to all persons with dignity and respect.” She has over 25 years of experience in health care management in the areas of new business development, grant writing, financial management, physician recruitment, and managed care contracting for non-profit/for-profit health organizations.
