During her two-decade career in healthcare, she held supervisory and leadership roles in several healthcare and rehabilitation systems, where she had the opportunity to experience both the suffering that comes with unacknowledged paradox and the success that accompanies consciously assessing both/and thinking.
Ann discusses VUCA Tools and how it influences companies and supports healthcare leaders to thrive during these challenging times.
