Ep05: Prescription Digital Therapeutics with Pierre Leurent, CEO of Voluntis
In this episode, we speak with one of the founding members of the Digital Therapeutics Alliance (‘DTA’), Pierre Leurent. Pierre is the CEO and founder of Voluntis, which is the first publicly listed DTx company on Euronext in Paris.
Pierre co-founded Voluntis in 2001 with the mission to improve patients’ experience with their treatment thanks to digital technologies. Now, 20 years later, they have supported more than 600,000 patients and deployed over 50 programs around the world.
Pierre is a Director of the Digital Therapeutics Alliance, of which he served as Chairman, and a member of Advamed’s Digital Health Executive Leadership Group. He previously co-chaired the digital therapeutics task force of the Personal Connected Health Alliance, a member of HIMSS, and chaired the eHealth France Alliance regrouping several leading trade organizations representing digital and life sciences companies in France. Pierre holds a MS from Ecole Centrale Paris.
