Kevin presents to healthcare leaders about his incredible experience as a patient and how hospitals can deliver that to everyone. He and Charlene talk about his own experience, how nurses and other healthcare professionals helped him with the physical and emotional challenges he faced, and the importance of prioritizing patient satisfaction even when clinical outcomes may not be ideal.
