In this episode, we talk with our special guest Dr. Sonia Udod about her published article on rethinking resilience and its implication for healthcare leaders.
Dr. Udod is the PI of Translating Evidence for Nursing LEADership (LEAD) and Health Services to Improve Outcomes Program, which focuses on enhancing nurse leader development critical to creating high-quality healthcare workplaces, leading to quality nurse, patient, and organizational outcomes.
Sonia also shares her passion for enhancing nurse leader capacity in the workplace and teaching students to be effective healthcare leaders.
We also discuss some strategies on how nurse leaders can promote organizational resilience while building their own individual resilience within the current Covid-19 pandemic.
