220 – Improving patient experience at scale through technology. Nic Blair, Midnight Health
Let’s explore how technology can seriously change the patient experience landscape
Nic Blair is the founder of Midnight Health, which he founded in 2020. Nic intends to take some of the skills and knowledge that he has learnt and move into the healthcare space where he can have a significant impact on the lives of others.
Midnight Health is a patient-led digital healthcare platform that launched its first two brands Youly and Stagger last year.
In this episode, Pete and Nic explore how patient experiences of healthcare might change over time and the role of technology in making some of these changes happen. They also look into some of the challenges that present in having a more patient-centric world.
This episode speaks to changing the patient experience, democratising healthcare for patients and implementing technology to make these goals a reality. In this episode, we also look at whether a non-healthcare background can harm or help one’s entry into the health tech space and much more.
