Kevin has been a nurse for 36 years and a Senior Executive Leadership Team member at St. Joseph’s Health in Paterson, New Jersey, and the Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Executive.
He is responsible for Nursing Services, Respiratory Care Services, System Quality Infection Control, and Emergency Management across the enterprise. Before this position, Kevin was the Vice President and Deputy Chief Nursing Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK).
In this podcast, we talk about Kevin’s decision to reach out to us to facilitate a leadership retreat for his team focused on “Advancing Leadership Well-Being and Organization Resilience.”
We also talk about some of the key lessons and the responses of the leadership team to the leadership retreat and how they are continuing to apply what they have learned.
