Finding Your Potential to Thrive Through Life’s Challenges using Self-Efficacy & Shifting Your Mindset, with Motivational Speaker, Bri Tartaglione
In this week’s episode, I am joined by Bri Tartaglione, a Motivational Speaker, Certified School Counselor, Emotional Wellness Coach, business owner, and podcaster in the field of personal development and mental well-being.
Bri holds two master’s degrees in School & Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and is working on completing her Advanced Certificate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (conferring May 2023). She now lives and practices her work in New York City. Her 10+ years of experience in psychology and education intersected with her unexpected personal medical journey, bringing about the inception of her organization, Bria Dorothia LLC. The company focuses on providing curated services for individuals & teams to disrupt unhealthy emotional patterns and make room for mental health frameworks that promote emotional fitness and future potential.
In all her work, Bri is passionate about helping individuals pivot their problems into possibilities, and strives to foster an environment of intentional self-work, healing, and discovery. Starting from the moment she physically took her first steps again on her 29th birthday, Bri metaphorically walks us through our own potential to thrive, working with concepts inclusive of self-efficacy, consciousness, self-worth, limiting behaviors, and self-actualization.
Tune in to this week’s episode to learn:
- What Bri took away from a life-altering event & how she learned to accept it
- How she shifted her mindset from ‘why me’ to ‘because me’
- Her experience with healthcare as a patient and one thing she wishes she had done
- How we can be using self-efficacy to avoid burnout as healthcare providers
