- Solving Problems with AI. In the last year, there have been significant staffing shortages, coupled with drops in quality, safety, and health outcomes. Dr. Saria shares that AI is aiming to solve some of these problems. This includes better managing at-risk contracts and improving remote care and monitoring for at-home patient care. (20:47)
- Technology Quotient (TQ). Dr. Glasser emphasizes that healthcare leaders need to be digitally savvy. Digitally savvy leaders that have a working understanding of AI, experience with a major technology implementation, and experience piloting a new digital technology, are better equipped to lead technology transformation efforts.
