Meet Ron Adner: 

Ron Adner, Ph.D. is a Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He is also the Founder and CEO of Strategy Insight Group, which helps clients understand business ecosystems. Dr. Adner has won multiple awards for his research on business strategy and published two books on the subject. His first book, “The Wide Lens,” analyzes successful innovators. He recently published a second book on business disruption: “Winning the Right Game: How to Disrupt, Defend, and Deliver in a Changing World.” 

Key Insights: 

Ron Adner, Ph.D. analyzes business strategy from an ecosystem perspective. Businesses need to consider not just what they deliver to consumers, but also structures of interdependence built into the business world.
