Aashi is an internationally credentialed and certified executive coach, specializing in supporting healthcare professionals to RISE in leadership. 

Aashi’s background includes a 20+ year career as an executive in healthcare and academia within the University of California system, where she administered over several specialties including Medicine, Pediatrics, Radiology, as well as being the CFO for the School of Medicine.

She understands the complexities of balancing a professional life and personal life well and has a special place for healthcare practitioners, having been around them her entire life. Her coaching philosophy centers around the power of positivity – creating a strengths-based mindset for leadership success!
