Dr. Cerise Eliott's Work Focuses on Increasing Representation into Research
In this episode, Kat McDavitt interviews Dr. Cerise Elliott, the Program Director for the Clinical Interventions and Diagnostics branch of the Division of Neuroscience at the National Institute on Aging.
Dr. Elliot tells us about her one big thing: increasing diversity and representation and research and she talks about how having the courage and cold-calling local universities as a high school, sophomore in Omaha, put her on the path to completing her Ph.D. in neuroscience.
