 How often do you incorporate physical activity into your life?

We all know it’s good to keep ourselves fit and healthy, but do you actually do it regularly and have a plan that you are committed to?

Saying something is important to us is different from taking action toward it.

May I ask you, do you dedicate time to squeeze in a workout after all the things you need to do for your private practice? 

As a healthcare entrepreneur, who has a busy schedule seeing patients and keeping your practice running smoothly might seem to be impossible.

So what can you do to get a sufficient amount of physical activity to make a difference to your health? 

In this episode, which I extracted from our last Virtual Summit, Dr. Ben Reuter an exercise physiologist and I talked about using movement to enhance the quality of life.  

Being involved in physical activity can develop immune support systems which are vital to a healthy body and mindset.
