More importantly, you’ll learn how to reframe the conversation with your patients and explore positive ways to deal with trauma. You’ll learn that you can advocate for resiliency, instead of framing a patient as “broken” You’ll also learn not to take it personally and how to avoid changing the narrative for your own perspective.
