047: What Professional Anxiety Looks Like with Lauren Bell
Anxiety is more prevalent in the nursing workforce than we realise. Unfortunately, It looks like it has increased due to the pressures of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nurses often work 10 to 12-hour shifts (sometimes longer with enforced overtime) which in itself can induce a lot of stress within our bodies. Moreover, many nurses face trauma on a regular basis and often feel undervalued. All of these factors contribute to our anxiety levels.
In this episode, I speak with Lauren Bell, a registered nurse for over 35 years and a wellness and wealth coach. We unpack professional anxiety in the nursing space and how we can address it.
We are facilitating an online professional workshop to “release professional anxiety and Unleash your happy nurse.”
