We experience a high incidence of anxiety because we become so disconnected with ourselves. We tend to value things in life that are far from our own core values. Because of this, we become misaligned with what is truly important to us.
In this episode, we delve into why it is so essential to find who you are and peel off all the masks you wear. Reconnecting with who you are, is so powerful. It is a massive process that takes time and conscious effort but it’s all worth it in the end.
