In this Valentine’s Day recording, Dr. Austin shares how to embrace vulnerability and find joy in the middle of the rough patches of our love life, including divorce.

Dr. Andrea Austin is a physician, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Revitalize, a coaching program for women physicians. She is passionate about helping women physicians move from surviving to thriving and creating a culture of authenticity, respect, and work-life harmony in medicine.

Dr. Andrea Austin was a young 22-year-old when she got married. Feeling pressured to meet certain expectations, she soon learned that her marriage was not meant to last. Through an emotional roller coaster of grief, heartache and loneliness, she found solace in her medical school classmates. A dear friend and classmate helped her to find joy even amidst her sadness, validating her feelings and encouraging her to find moments of joy. Despite being in a difficult season of life, Dr. Andrea Austin was able to find moments of happiness and laughter that allowed her to move on from her divorce and find new strength in herself.
