203: Coaching with Dr. Errin

It’s time that you get to experience me doing my thing! I love coming onto the podcast and interviewing amazing women, but I wanted to share with you what it’s like to work with me. In case you’ve considered it but coaching seems scary.

Because good coaching is sometimes scary. You have to dig deep and unearth those things that have been whispers in your mind. The whispers could be good or bad but either way you have to confront the things that have been holding you back or holding you down.

Not necessarily a process that is filled with sunshine and rainbows, but it’s necessary. So, I’ve decided to share with you one of my group coaching sessions to give you a feel of what it’s like to be coached! I’ve taken out everyone’s names and locations because I fully believe in confidentiality, but you can still see what it means to dig into your blocks.

I hope you enjoy and if you realize that this is what you’ve been missing, click here and learn more about how we can work together!
