On this, Episode 7 of Season 3, we bring you our second case study focused on the inpatient space: Asparia is a chat bot interface deeply embedded in EHRs like EPIC, and used to engage with patients based on triggers from the electronic health record. Chat bots are a big deal in the healthcare space and we expect them to have a big impact on our ability to manage incoming calls to busy clinics and hospitals.
