The Impact on Health and Health Care from Aftershocks: Consequences of the Overturn of Roe v Wade
In the wake of the Supreme Court’s overturn of Roe v. Wade, many unexpected consequences are already impacting women in the areas of health, rights, privacy, and economics. To address these complex issues, we invited 11 expert panelists to speak on these topics to provide insight and ways to take action. In episode two of this four-part series, we address how this decision may worsen pregnancy outcomes, increase poverty, limit the training of physicians and even leave whole communities without health care. We’ll also talk about the best way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy.
