Debbie Collard is a beacon of tenacity, positivity, and leadership. Born into rural poverty, she defied the odds to successfully serve in the military and have a distinguished career in the corporate world.From a 20-year-old drill sergeant overseeing hundreds to an executive at Boeing, Collard’s life journey is an unparalleled testament to resilience. Her 30-year stint at Boeing was marked by transformative leadership roles, bringing about significant performance improvements and multiple accolades, including the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award – not once, but twice. She drives excellence in U.S. organizations in her service as an examiner and tenure on the boards of the California Council for Excellence and the National Baldrige Foundation, shattering a glass ceiling as the first female Chair of the Board for the Baldrige Foundation. She also attained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, an MSOD from Pepperdine, and top-notch coaching certifications.Partnering with Susan Ireland, she launched Seasons Leadership, aiming to fill the void in excellent leadership. The duo provides personalized coaching, strategic business consulting, and customized training. Episode 54 – Professor Catherine Crock

Professor Catherine Crock is a Professor at Deakin University’s Centre for Social and Early Emotional Development and has been a physician at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne since 1994.Catherine has worked closely with patients, families and staff to improve quality and safety. She is Chair of the Hush Foundation which transforms healthcare culture through the arts. Hush produces specially composed Australian music to reduce stress for children, families and staff. Episode 53 – Dr Rashmi Schramm

Dr Rashmi Schramm immigrated to the US with her family at the age of 12 from India. She graduated from the University of Virginia for both her undergraduate and medical degrees.Upon completing her residency/medical training in Florida, Rashmi began practicing in a high volume, corporate family medicine practice in 2003. As a result of her own struggles with burn out, Rashmi began to branch out and learn multiple mind/body tools to help herself and her patients in leading more balanced lives. She is trained in numerous trauma-informed healing modalities including yoga therapy, advanced yoga nidra and breathwork as complementary to traditional medicine. Rashmi is a board certified family physician, and a certified health, wellness and performance coach. She incorporates Ayurvedic wisdom and meditation into her programs. She helps busy professionals tap into their own inner peace and power so they can confidently live more energetic and purposeful lives. She created and hosts the podcast ‘Inner Peace and Power’ with this purpose in mind, and this is available for all humans to enjoy.Rashmi is also the founder of two small businesses - one in which she owns and leases commercial property as well as her own coaching practice. She offers private and small group coaching programs. Episode 52 – Nicki Allitt

Nicki Allitt is an accomplished strategic Communications Executive with over 29 years of experience providing strategic counsel to C-suite executives and influencing business strategy across diverse global industries.For the last three years, Nicki has been Vice President of Group Communications at ISS – a leading workplace experience and facility management company, employing 350,000+ people globally with its headquarters in Denmark. Previously, she served as Global Head of Communications for 10+ years at Syngenta Group - a leading agribusiness organisation, that brings greater food security in an environmentally sustainable way to an increasingly populous world.Prior to that, she has also held global communication roles at Shell International in the Netherlands, Jumeirah Group in the United Arab Emirates, and the Seven Television Network in Australia.Nicki holds Australian and French nationalities and has lived and worked in six different countries.Nicki is also a Board Director of the Asherah Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting women seeking a second chance through higher education scholarships, to create change within their communities and advance gender and social equality. Dr Jo Braid is a doctor of 20 years and professional coach for healthcare workers in burnout. She specialised in Rehabilitation Medicine in Sydney, focusing on the rehabilitation of individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Jo gained a place in the inaugural Australian Clinical Entrepreneur Program, and upskilled in business development and expanded her network of healthcare entrepreneurs. She is now a sought-after coach for doctors in burnout, providing inspirational keynotes and has a very popular podcast, The Burnout Recovery podcast. Episode 50 – Dr Sarah Dalton

Dr Sarah Dalton is a Paediatric Emergency Physician and previous President of the Paediatric and Child Health Division of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.Sarah has worked in different clinical and leadership roles across NSW over the last 20 years, from regional centres to specialist tertiary units and from community care to acute care retrieval services.Sarah completed a Fulbright Scholarship in Clinical Leadership and she has held executive leadership roles is several NSW Health entities with a current role in digital health leadership.Sarah’s leadership strengths see her apply coaching conversations to support her team to unlock their own solutions and enable her to optimise her interactions and outcomes with key stakeholders. Adam Harrison

Dr Adam is a family physician, lawyer and leadership coach who, as a result of his personal experiences, specialises in confidence and mindset coaching for professionals who have been on the receiving end of workplace bullying.

As a former medical director, he also helps leaders of organisations develop kind leadership cultures based on the compassionate, servant and inclusive ('human-centred') leadership model paradigms.

The underpinning philosophy to both his workplace bullying and detoxifying toxic cultures work, is mental and physical wellbeing, so he does a lot of work in that arena too.

He strongly believes in doing work aligned with his core values (honesty, justice, gratitude, love and humour) and he believes that shines through in his work.
