By working closely with code blue teams and listening to their valuable feedback, she’s discovered a better way to improve nurse-empowered resuscitation performance.
She created CodePRep™, a program that provides efficient and effective code blue training for individual nurses, healthcare, and long-term care facilities.
The mission is to inspire and empower bedside teams to respond with utmost confidence and proficiency, so they can provide the best possible care to their patients.
