How to Build on Your Personal Development in the Healthcare Industry, with Robert White, Mentor, Speaker & Best-Selling Author

In this week’s episode, I am joined by Robert White, a Mentor to Entrepreneurs and Executives, a Speaker, Best-Selling Author and Leadership Trainer who focuses on integrating a heart-centered, result-oriented and transformational leadership approach to being more effective. Robert and I discuss the importance of not only professional development for healthcare providers, but also personal development and how to go about doing so.

Robert White pioneered personal transformational growth in the U.S.A and Asia. He is a Speaker, Trainer, Author and Consultant. He is best described as a Transformational Architect.

Robert White was raised in poverty and with much physical and emotional abuse. Dropped out of college after one semester as a result of suffering the first of three heart attacks. Went on to found and lead two high-impact experiential learning companies with over one million graduates. Retired at 46 to a 14,500 sf home in Aspen with his wife, the love of his life. Then lost it all — his business and his wife — with lots of learning from those mostly unpleasant experiences. Now, Robert works as mentor to executives committed to living extraordinary lives. He returned in 2020 from six years doing leadership training and mentoring executives in China and is once again engaged in a fresh start. Robert is a best-selling author, popular public speaker, leadership expert and mentor to senior executives.
