Episode 75: How to Start Re-Defining, Aligning, & Expanding Your Purpose if You're Feeling Lost Right Now

Sept 16, 2020

Join me over a glass of water as I chat with you about ways in which to see, define, align, and expand your purpose (adapted from my book, Communication is Care).

1) Understand that purpose is not an end-result alone. Start where you are and your purpose will grow and expand itself.

2) Take inventory of your health and life needs (e.g., health, career, social relationships, etc.) and ask yourself what you need right now.

3) Integrate play.

4) Ensure your self-care plan is flexible and non-negotiable.

5) Practice gratitude every moment you get.
