Healthcare’s MissingLogic Podcast: Creating Balance: A Personal Experience with Dr. Mari Tietze
In this episode, we talk with our special guest Dr. Mari Tietze about her transformational journey through our coaching programs for healthcare leaders.
Dr. Tietze is the recipient of the Myrna R. Pickard Endowed Professorship at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) College of Nursing and Health Innovation (CONHI). She also is the affiliate representing nursing at the UTA Multi-Interprofessional Center for Health Informatics.
Mari shares her biggest challenges in creating a balance between her personal and professional life before joining our coaching programs.
She also shares some of the significant differences she experienced after joining our Bootcamp and how she became aware of her own behaviors and early warning signs that are cues when she over-emphasizes one area of her life to the neglect of the other.
We also talk about how Mari uses her personalized blueprint from our coaching program daily to balance her personal and professional life.
