Unexpected Journey of Becoming an Amateur Competitive Sprinter at 57: Madonna Hanna

Madonna Hanna is nothing short of a firecracker!  Prepare to be sitting on the edge of your seat as Madonna takes us through her life journey of becoming a competitive sprinter at the age of 57… with no prior track experience!

Just when you think you know where she is going with her story, we are taken a completely different direction, or as she calls this whole experience, “an unexpected journey”.

She faced a lot of fears and challenges but was determined to keep at it to see where this journey would take her.  When life tells you to run, you run and figure it out along the way.

This is a story of taking a chance, working hard, breaking through obstacles physically, emotionally, and mentally, tragic loss, and rising above to become who you were meant to be.

As well as being an amateur competitive springer, Madonna is a motivational speaker, author, actress, and former fashion marketing educator.

So many great nuggets and parallels to other life experiences in this episode.  It’s never too late to start something new!
