334: Self Expression with Olga Lemberg MD

Our outward appearance directly influences and impacts our internal sense of self and worth. I’m not saying that your outer beauty eclipses your inner beauty, but it does play a part in your internal monologue. Listen as Dr. Olga Lemberg shares her story and why she’s helping female physicians show off their bold and unique style with beautifully designed scrubs.

Dr. Olga immigrated to the United States when she was very young and when she went to school, it was obvious that she was different. Everything from the style of clothes that she wore to the school supplies she used labeled her as an outsider.

By the time she was in high school, she’d found creative ways to express herself through her clothing and accessory choices. As she made her way into the medical field, she began to mute herself and her clothing to better fit the doctor mold.

But she was terribly unhappy.

Why couldn’t she showcase her self-expression and still be a well-respected professional who knew what she was doing?

She could! Which is when the idea for Fabled came to life. Listen in and learn more about her company and her mission. When you feel seen and heard in your profession, your sense of self-worth and belonging go up.

If you’ve ever felt like you were being muted, it’s time to make a change!

“You have to slow down, you have to make space for day dreaming to get closer to whatever it is that will make you feel more fulfilled so you can experience joy.” Dr. Olga Lemberg
