If you’ve burned out once, you will burn out again. It’s almost impossible to change your character and personality so much that you no longer drive yourself to unachievable heights. Dr. Marion McCrary and I are chatting all about burnout relapse and how you can beat it. 

 

The good news is, now that you know you’ll relapse, you have the chance to create a burnout toolkit that will help you beat it back faster! 

 

First things first, you have to recognize the symptoms of burnout. You see there’s BIG burnout, when you’re in the deep, dark pit and aren’t sure how you’re ever going to feel good again. That’s the obvious kind. But you didn’t get there in a day. 

 

Once you’ve beaten big burnout, it’s a lot easier to recognize baby burnout. The little mile markers that indicate you’re on your way to pain and suffering. Listen as Dr. Marion shares how you can start to recognize baby burnout and stop it before it gets out of hand.
