Dr. Wachter has published many books and articles, but the most important for us right now is titled “The Digital Doctor: Hope, Hype, and Harm at the Dawn of Medicine’s Computer Age.” Patient experience is one of the big topics we discussed. Data analysis and digital records are two branches in which technology will boom in the next years.
