About Terrell Fletcher:

Terrell Fletcher is a former NFL running back, current public speaker, faith leader, community advocate, and author.  He is the owner of Wake Up Ur Dream, LLC, Terrell Fletcher Inc., and is a pastor at the City of Hope International Church (COHI), in San Diego, Ca.

Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Terrell dreamed of being a professional athlete. He was awarded an athletic scholarship to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He would earn numerous team and individual accolades including winning the 1994 Rose Bowl and the 1995 Outback Bowl (the latter he earned Most Valuable Player honor).

In 1995 Terrell was selected by the San Diego Chargers as a second round draft pick. An undersized person, Terrell played eight years. He became an important part of the teams success and developed into a fixture in the southern California faith and business communities.

Terrell’s professional experience within community and faith help him to challenge marketplace leaders. He coaches executives, businesses owners, sports/entertainers and industry leaders on how to maximize their parts to produce wins in their personal lives, companies and communities. “My desire is for the listeners to connect their head with their heart and produce good products with a purposeful perspective in mind.”

Terrell has eight years of professional football, six years of  international missions and youth service along with thirteen years of pastoral/community service and is positioned to be a resounding voice for this generation.

He holds an earned a doctorate in transformational leadership, a master’s degree in religious studies, and a bachelor’s degree of English literature.

Terrell is married (Kavalya Fletcher) and has three children, Kya, Kory and Kingston
