Today on Amplify Nursing, we talk with Randi Roy and John Rydzewski. Randi is currently a Principal Consultant with Fidelum Health and has more than 30 years of experience in health care in a variety of executive and management consultant roles. John is a private investor who has served as an advisor and director to healthcare companies and health policy and education organizations. Together, they serve on the Board of Advisors at Penn Nursing and the Board’s Innovation Committee.
Randi and John talk with us about how their unique backgrounds brought them to Penn nursing innovation, their work on the innovation committee of the board of advisors, how Penn Nursing facilitates collaborative innovation projects between nurses and experts in other fields, and how we can help others realize the importance of nurse-led innovation in improving healthcare.
