The Cost of Medical Errors w/Steve Chinn
Charlene talks with Steve Chinn, Clinical Associate Professor at the Stanford School of Medicine. Steve has spent most of his career working in quality management and regulatory compliance, most recently working as the Administrative Director of Quality Management, Accreditation and Regulatory Affairs at Stanford Healthcare.
