#10 Involvement in Research During Medical Training
Research is critical to improving patient care and understanding musculoskeletal conditions. It is also an important component of professional development for orthopaedic surgeons looking to contribute to the field and advance their careers in an increasingly competitive environment. In this episode, a research fellow and recently graduated medical student discuss aspects of research during medical training including finding mentors, being successful with projects and limited time, as well as applying the experience and knowledge learned to patient care.
