Guest host Elyse Shelger talks with Jeneva Gularte-Rinaldo and Tip Tilton, nurse mentors with Be1Support1, an organization that aims to establish and operate a volunteer-based mentorship program to promote the health and wellbeing of nursing students, new graduates, and nurses transitioning into a new role or department throughout their personal and professional development. Jeneva and Tip are representing a team that studied the impact of mentorship on new nurses, how it helped build their confidence and resiliency and decreased their likelihood of leaving the profession.
