004: Your Happiness Is In Your Hands with Michelle deRoubaix
Happiness is something intrinsic and can be affected by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. More often we think that extrinsic factors such as buying a new car or owning a big house can make us truly happy in the long run.
In the movie, The Pursuit of Happiness, Chris Gardner said “The world is your oyster. It’s up to you to find the pearls.”
To be truly happy, a conscious decision needs to be made to “find the pearls” in any circumstance we have.
In this episode, Michelle deRoubaix talks about how happiness really depends on us and you can be more positive through different techniques.
