Kathy de Figueiredo is a Regional Director of Quality Improvement at Baylor Scott and White Health in College Station, Texas. Kathy has held various roles in over 30 years of healthcare experience, and she’s currently responsible for quality improvement, infection prevention, clinical compliance, patient safety, and patient experience.
Kathy shares her biggest challenges in creating a balance between her personal and professional life and how she recognized some of her limiting beliefs after joining the Bootcamp.
We also talk about her personalized blueprint from our coaching programs and how she uses it to balance her personal and professional life.
