Ashley Desanno, aka, lotsasmiles, is a mom of two boys from Portland Oregon. She loves to run marathons and spend time with friends. She is a small business owner co-founder with her best friend, Emily (creepy book club) and works in network marketing. She fell into “influencing” when her kids asked her to start a tiktok in 2020.
