We spend about one third of our life asleep, yet not all of us wake up refreshed and recharged the next morning. As a result, many individuals suffer from daytime sleepiness. For some, such as truck or bus drivers this can place many at risk for serious injury or death due to accident. To discuss these issues regarding sleep, we are pleased to have as our guest today, Dr. Michael Silber, a neurologist and sleep expert. Dr. Silber works in the Center for Sleep Medicine at Mayo Clinic, Rochester.
