307: Solocast – To All the Bosses
Greetings leader of people. If you’re willing to listen, I have some information and advice that you need to hear. You see, your people are burned out. Even if they weren’t prior to the disease that shall not be named, they are now. They need you.
So take a moment and listen in. See if you recognize these traits in your own people. If you do, then I’m giving you the resources you need to help them.
Your greatest resource is the people that you have walking the halls day in and day out. They are the life of your organization or practice. They need you to realize that they aren’t okay and they need you to do something about it.
I’ve broken them out into four different groups and each one has their own set of needs. Listen especially hard to those in group four. This group grows each and every day and they need you the absolute most.
Do you recognize these traits in your people? If so, dedicate some time to help them get through.

[07:02] The silent but deadly group is the fourth. This is the scariest group and more and more people are getting here.
