Pioneering Whole Person Health in California with Dr. Brad Gilbert
Investing in housing for Medicaid enrollees is one of the ways Dr. Bradley Gilbert has pioneered Whole Person Health in California. He’s an original population health thinker, from his start as a county public health officer to decades of service as CEO of one of the nation’s largest Medicaid managed care plans and his most recent role as Director of Health Care Services in California. Dr. Gilbert chats with Claudia about lessons learned along the way and why we need to focus on what’s good for people, not just saving money.
